President Vladimir Putin is delivering his latest comments on the spread of the deadly Covid-19 pandemic. Russia has over 8,600 confirmed coronavirus cases, with the death toll standing at 63.

As of now, the infection is present in almost every Russian region. Putin’s address comes ahead of a major video-link meeting about the epidemic between Russian federal and regional officials.
