The UK’s health secretary Matt Hancock has tested positive for coronavirus just hours after Prime Minister Boris Johnson revealed that he is carrying the disease.
Hancock said on Twitter that he has mild symptoms and is self-isolating at home. The news comes less than two hours after Johnson announced that he is infected with the virus.
Following medical advice, I was advised to test for #Coronavirus.
I‘ve tested positive. Thankfully my symptoms are mild and I’m working from home & self-isolating.
